How do I know if my child needs career coaching?
If your child feels uncertain about their career direction, struggles to make informed academic choices, or feels anxious about life after high school, career coaching can help them gain clarity, direction, and a practical plan.
How are your sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are primarily online, making it easy for students and parents to connect with us from anywhere.
We’re also available for in-person talks, workshops, and speaking engagements when invited by schools and institutions.
How long is each session?
One-on-one and group coaching sessions usually run between 60–90 minutes.
For other programs, such as workshops or speaking engagements, the duration is flexible and agreed upon with the client.
Do you only work with students who already know their career interests?
Not at all. Many of our clients start with uncertainty. Our process is designed to help students discover their strengths, interests, and opportunities — even if they start from scratch.
Do parents attend the sessions?
Our one-on-one coaching process begins with an initial session with the student, followed by a psychometric assessment for deeper insights.
We then bring both parent and student together for a final session to discuss findings, recommendations, and next steps.
How much do your programs cost?
Our fees vary depending on the service, whether it’s one-on-one coaching, group sessions, or other programs.
Pricing for all services is listed in the Services section of our website, except for institution or school-based programs, where we provide a personalized quote.
