Nawiri walks alongside students, families and schools to build self-awareness, explore possibilities and make informed education and career decisions at every stage of the journey.
Whether you are supporting a child, exploring your own future or developing career guidance in your school, Nawiri offers structured support tailored to your needs.
Choosing subjects, courses and careers can feel overwhelming when young people are expected to make decisions before fully understanding themselves or the opportunities available to them. Grades matter, but they are only one part of the picture. Career development requires self-awareness, exploration, informed decisions and ongoing guidance.
Career development is not a single event or decision. The Nawiri Career Journey™ provides a structured process that helps young people understand themselves, explore opportunities, make informed decisions and prepare to navigate the changing world of work.

Nawiri was founded by Patricia Kuria, an educator and certified career analyst, in response to the need for more intentional and accessible career guidance. Drawing on educational experience, career guidance practice and structured assessment tools, Patricia is building an approach that helps young people and families navigate career decisions with greater clarity.
Nawiri believes every young person deserves access to thoughtful, structured career guidance. We work towards a future where families, schools and communities can support young people to discover their potential and navigate meaningful career pathways.
